We have been with Preferred Patron for many years. The system is great, easy to use, always reliable, and the Preferred Patron staff is very engaged with us when needed. I always Joke with my contact Brett that no matter when I call him he always answers the the phone and has time for me. It's like he waiting on me to call. (Not that I have to call a lot) :) Great Product, Great People!

As would be expected for frozen yogurt shops, the winter season can be brutal for business. Thank God we have this system working to drive business during of peak season! The marketing and engagement capabilities are the best I've seen in any system. It allows us to reach out to our customers at times when they otherwise are not thinking about frozen yogurt. Business after Preferred Patron is measurably better than before. The company and support staff are great too! Always there when you need them! I recommend to any small business.
