Great company and communication. Delivery was on time and delivery driver was great. Each box was packaged very well and arrived undamaged. It's definitely a two person install, but was really quite easy. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Premium Saunas delivered! I had a great experience selecting my sauna and heater package from Premium Saunas. The information provided on the website offered all of the details and specifications of the sauna (SaunaLife CL4G) and heater (Harvia Kip 60W Xenio package, great recommendation!) that allowed me to make the decision. Customer support helped me out with putting the order in, which was very helpful. They were extremely responsive at a busy time (Black Friday) and communication was direct and clear. Answered all of my questions. The sauna and heater were delivered rapidly. Tracking information was provided and it was easy to understand the shipment process. Sauna and heater were taken off the truck and put in my desired location in my driveway -- very easy process!

It took 4 months for the sauna kit to arrive. By that time a lot of wood was worped. Very difficult to put worped tounge& groove boards together. Some of the seder planks were dry rotted in spots. You can push your finger into the board. The prefabricated benches had bad boards, like chipped, chiseled chopped . Damaged. Of you are ok with that , then yes .go ahead. Purchase the thing.

Hi Sergej, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and share your experience. We’d like to provide a bit of additional context. The lead time for your sauna was communicated in advance, and the unit was fabricated and shipped approximately two weeks prior to delivery, rather than being stored for several months. Had we been made aware of any warped, damaged, or defective boards before or during assembly, we would have immediately worked with the manufacturer to arrange replacement parts at no cost and with priority shipping, which is our standard process. We became aware of these concerns only after seeing your Trustpilot review, as we did not receive prior communication regarding these issues. We are still happy to assist. If you’d like to share photos of the affected boards, we can forward them to the manufacturer and request replacements. Thank you again for your feedback. Premium Saunas

Im genuinely impressed with David, Daniel and Juan who helped me choosing the right heater for my sauna, gave me a great price but most importantly assisted me in setting it up and deal with some structural issues I had with my sauna bought elsewhere. We went back and forth with the manufacturer’s tech support until we figured it out. The were cordial, helpful, caring and knowledgeable every step of the way. They provided the type of customer service one can only dream about. I’m forever Greatful and will recommend this company to anyone who wants to build saunas.
