I was initially skeptical about purchasing a higher-end product from an online store, but Premium Saunas was excellent to work with. Fair on price, faster than expected on shipping, and easy to work with. We've had the sauna for several months now, and it has been working perfectly. We use it 3-5x per week.

The customer service people at Premium Saunas were always very professional, personable and helpful with responding quickly to questions we had. There was a lag on keeping us posted on when the delivery was going to occur, but the Sauna arrived well packaged. Now to assemble it and enjoy it!

Delivered when promised.

The sauna was packaged incredibly well. It was easy to put together and everything was marked, so it was easy to know what connected to the appropriate connections. Thank you for making the sauna so well.

I ordered a 2 person Sauna from them. I was disappointed in the beginning as it was not in the stock. But the staff were polite and responsive. Finally I got it delivered after a month. I really like my Santiago Elite Sauna from Dynamic and premium sauna for their customer support

Poor Support on the backend for assembly. The company totally minimize how challenging the assembly is on the larger units.
