I ordered the Golden Designs Hanko 2-3 person sauna from Premium Saunas. The customer service was excellent - very responsive and timely. The order processing was very efficient and smooth. I needed to get clarification on a couple of items and Daniel and David were very quick to provide answers from the manufacturer. Overall, I would highly recommend Premium Saunas.

The company is super responsive and always there when you need something. They really care that the customer is happy. I bought the cl7g cube sauna and I am beyond pleased, such a high quality amazing sauna that is super solid. I will go to premium sauna for all my future sauna needs!
