Alejandro, I am sorry to hear that you are having volume and skipping issues. Our CTEC courses are delivered over the internet via prerecorded webinars. Unfortunately this does mean that if you have internet connectivity or poor signal strength you might experience some of the issues you mentioned. This would be similar to if you are trying to watch a movie on Netflix and everyone else in your home is using the internet for other purposes, the bandwidth might be getting taken up already.. If this issue is not already resolved itself, I urge you to give us a call and ask for Tony or Josh in our IT department, they can assist you in running a speed test on your internet connection and maybe identify if this is the issue. We have IT staff available M-F 9am - 6pm Eastern time at 800-399-6133.
