I placed an order in December 2022. At the time it told me the item was in stock and would arrive in a 5-7 business days. I received an email that same day telling me that there is an issue with the fulfillment and they would contact me when they could ship my order. It’s now 11/13/23 and I have heard nothing at all from this company. I’ve contacted the BBB but nothing has happened. They took my money to the tune of almost $170 and I have been unable to get a response from anyone.

If I could give a ZERO i would.... never received my item and non one from the company responds to me.

I ordered the SousChef package for $249 on 2/25/2023. They have changed the shipping dates twice and now they do not answer any emails. I would recommend anyone not to buy from them unless you can afford to flush money down the toilet. It is now 11/1/2023 and still no product or communications. I will report them to the FTC what good that will do. UPDATE 12/3/23: It pays to keep sending emails to their email adderss. It is up and they are receiving emails, just not answering them. I did finally this week get an email from them stating I had a choice of refund (it would take up to a year to get it) or get a credit on the site getprepd.com which I accepted. I got the credit for the PrepDeck and the $20 gift for a total of $269. I went to the getprepd site and ordered the items, entered my code in that PrepDeck gave me and now waiting to see if it gets shipped.

I ordered a Prepdeck on April 1, 2023. Money was taken out of my bank account the same day. I was told I would have my order by May 15th. Then, they said it was delayed. I was sent an email saying I would have my order by mid-September to Mid-October. I have been trying to get in touch with them since October 15 and they do not answer. It is now October 27th. No return emails and no product delivery. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

No Customer Service Wrote email to them and haven't heard from them since 3/18/2023!

I ordered back in April. I still have not received the product. Opening a file with Paypal because their customer service department keeps giving me the run around.

Never received my order. Scam site. DO NOT BUY.
