Having an expert, Abraham, and the other resources at PrepScholar, to help my son with specific problems and techniques to improve his scores is extremely valuable! The process of identifying specific areas where there’s opportunity to improve and focusing on those areas makes the best use of time invested to prepare for the SAT.

While preparing for the SAT, I took several options: video tutorials, books, tutors, but none seemed to work. It wasn’t until I started PrepScholar that my scores started to go up. For example, my starting math score was 480 and it got to 650 in less than a month. All the tutoring I received was personalized to my schedule and needs, and that helped me improve a lot, that’s why I totally recommend it!

Prep Scholar is a good way to increase your SAT score and has proven to be effective in my case. One of the hardest parts of studying is finding enough good material, which takes up a significant amount of time once you've gone through the SAT prep material offered by Khan Academy. One thing Prep Scholar could do better in the future is by giving their students a bit more material, especially for the written section, since after studying for a while I got previously asked questions. Another con is that Prep Scholar doesn't offer any practice tests. The practice tests that are offered are the same ones offered by Khan Academy. In conclusion Prep Scholar is a very easy-to-use software to help you boost your sat score in a short period. In my case, my SAT score went up by about 130 points.

I used the independent plan with Prepscholar and it was amazing for refining and practicing questions that are practically identical to SAT questions. All for a pretty low value. When I took the SAT in October 2022, I got a 1360 (700 Math, 660 W/R). I began Prepscholar in January studied about 4-5 hours a week and by March I got my score to a 1500 (800 Math, 700 W/R. Thank you prepscholar, I never thought I would be able to break 700 on W/R and thanks to you, I was able to. I highly recommend especially for self motivated students.

Unlike some free SAT study prep applications, Prepscholar gives you regular reminders to keep up with your studying, allows you to set study goals, and provides lessons on topics you may be struggling on based on your practice test results. My score improved by 160 points from my original PSAT to my final SAT all because of Prepscholar. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to improve their scores.
