My overall experience with PressRanger has been extremely positive. As the founder of Cybersmarts.ai and the creator of PatriotProof, I needed a press distribution platform that matched the speed and professionalism of my work. PressRanger gives me a clean, efficient way to publish releases, build media rooms, and maintain a public presence without wasting time on unnecessary complexity. I’ve been looking for PR software that isn't overly complicated but remains effective. PressRanger’s interface is super intuitive; I found relevant journalists for my campaign in minutes. I especially loved that I didn't have to spend hours learning the platform. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to generate press coverage without spending a fortune on agencies.

There are a number of qualities about Press Ranger that make it a standout. It has a solid list of practical and fun features like pitch requests and AI campaigns. Those who are not technerds will find it user-friendly. I give it high marks for that. Layout and the sections within it are clean and simple. The media database of articles, journalists, podcasts, and publishers has already been updated, expanded, cleaned up and fine-tuned since I first joined. From what I see, the developer consistently improves the product and engages with customers. Hands on and emotionally/creatively invested. In the SAAAS world, that's a standout. Press ranger is a combination of great product and great support. (The AIWire press release service looks fantastic. If I use it at some point, I may stop back for an expanded review.) I'm happy with it. This can be an excellent tool for a business of any size, even if PR has not been a central consideration. And perhaps even more so if PR has not been a previous consideration.

Dude. It took me a while to review this, as I wanted to be sure I used it well, understood what I was doing, and got a good feel for the company. Used Press Ranger to send out a release we wrote for one of our brands... and got nearly 1,000 placements, including some major players: Yahoo! Finance, MarketWatch, Business Insider, and several others. Gave SEO/leads a nice percentage boost across the next quarter. Tried the journalist database last month... be careful with it. DO YOUR RESEARCH to ensure the "journalists" and publishers you're selecting and reaching out to *actually wrote the articles listed in their profiles.* We find that the system pulls "articles" completely unrelated to the publishers, just because their name -- or a similar name to theirs -- is mentioned. Almost had a REALLY embarrassing outreach campaign for a REALLY important initiative... so I ditched that feature, for the moment. Considered removing a star for that particular debacle... but everything else is so good, it didn't make sense overall. This system is my go-to for press releases now. Tried another company (eReleases) who put themselves on quite a high PR horse compared to their competitors, because their system sent through PR Newswire. Had dismal results, dismal customer "service," and actually a botched campaign. By contrast, Press Ranger has always offered me GREAT service the few times I've emailed about anything, very complete and informative answers (and patient, as I was just getting into PR), with a very positive, "team oriented" energy. Need to end by saying theirs has been, for months, the ONLY newsletters= I open almost EVERY time... because they nearly always have something interesting, useful, and ACTIONABLE to say. Great for super busy entrepreneurs. And they do little contests and special offers too. They really treat their readers like *community members* ... and it feels great. Side bar, I get no incentive for this review. Actually, I had just googled "Press Ranger" to see how they were doing in search. And of course, they're KILLING for their brand name for the first couple pages. I saw their Trust Pilot in there, came to see why in the world they had 3-point-something stars ... and see that TrustPilot bases it on "age and number of reviews"...? Hardly seems fair. This is DEFINITELY NOT a 3-point-anything experience! If you use it right, I'm confident you can use it to significantly boost your marketing and Google rankings. That's how *we* plan to use it -- and I've been in marketing for more than a decade. I forgot to say: Steve and his team member (J-something) also seem like good PEOPLE. I don't just review companies and services; I review PEOPLE. There are so many jerks in the world these days, it's important to only give the ones who seem to deserve it the kudos. And based on how they do things at Press Ranger ... it seems like they do.

killer platform, it's gone above and beyond. This software is user-friendly, reliable, and produces excellent results. PressRanger is way cheaper than the competition, but it doesn't skimp on quality. It's hard to beat this tool for the price, plus the customer service is amazing. The best bang for your buck if you're looking for a good solution. You won’t be disappointed!
