Above and Beyond! Pretty Labs Research is truly a company that goes above and beyond the average. From fast 2–3 business day shipping to exceptional customer service, communication, and transparency, they consistently deliver an outstanding experience. I especially appreciate that their products are thoroughly tested and that testing information is made available upfront—even before products are in stock. She keeps you informed every step of the way, including if there are ever shipping delays or changes. Everything I’ve received has been exactly as expected, and I’ve never had an issue with an order. PLR is a professional, woman-owned company that I genuinely trust and feel comfortable recommending to my family and friends. Reliable, transparent, communicative, and truly committed to going above and beyond—that’s PLR!
