We're sorry to hear you had some tracking issues!😿 PrettyLitter shouldn't track any more than traditional litters, but sometimes our lightweight formula can get caught on cats' fur, depending on their coat texture. We have some tips on how to reduce that if you ever decide to come back! All in all, we're so glad to hear your support experience with us was nothing less than exceptional. Thanks for your feedback, Kristine! We’re sorry to hear things haven’t gone quite as expected. PrettyLitter is designed to last about 4 weeks per 6lb bag for one cat, so if you're stretching it to 5 weeks, that could explain the extra dust you’re seeing. Over time, our fine crystals can break down with use and create a powdery texture (especially if the litter’s overdue for replacement). We’d also love to take a closer look at your shipping timeline and make sure everything’s running smoothly.
