Hi Shannon! Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating tracking can be — kitties can sometimes carry litter a bit farther than expected depending on their fur and coat texture. A quick trim of the fur around the paw pads can often help reduce tracking. We’re always here if you have a change of heart (and we hope that you will!). ❤️

Hi Gena. We appreciate your feedback and are concerned by the dust issues you are experiencing. PrettyLitter is formulated to be low dust, but if the crystals begin breaking down sooner than expected or the litter isn’t performing as intended, we’d like to investigate further. We’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience, including when the issue began and the lot number from your bag(s), so our team can better understand what may have happened. Please send us an email at [email protected] and include “TrustPilot Review” in the subject line. One of our support team members will be standing by! ❤️

Hi Kathy! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you see the value in PrettyLitter's health-monitoring features, though we're sorry for any confusion. PrettyLitter is a non-clumping litter, so instead of forming urine clumps, moisture is absorbed by the crystals. A quick daily stir helps distribute that moisture, maximize odor control, and keep the litter performing its best. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, our Customer Care team is always happy to help. 🐾

Thanks for sharing this, Lynn. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, especially the repeated cancellation issues and unexpected charges. That’s incredibly frustrating and not what we want for you. PrettyLitter can perform differently across automatic litter boxes, and we understand how that could add to the frustration — but we’re most concerned about getting your subscription and billing sorted out. We’ve requested your information so we can reach out directly and make this right. You can also contact us anytime at [email protected] so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
