Just as I had imagined and better! I had my preferred font and they still gave me 3 options which help me pick a different font and see how they would look together. Our package was delayed, but they would always check in with us about its delivery!

This experience was beyond perfect. Immediately after placing my order (which was very easy!) I received an email telling me that I would soon receive another email with the proof of my order. That email (to approve my order) came almost immediately. I have literally never worked with a company that provided fast, efficient service and communication. My item was perfect. Pretty Perfect Studio is something special. I would 100% recommend and I will definitely use them for future purchases.

The Lake House sign turned out great! They sent me the proof of my initial request and after changing up a couple small things per their suggestion, it turned out so nice. I gave it to my hubby for our 40th wedding anniversary…he was super surprised and really loved it too.
