I love the picture, it was well made but I would have liked to have seen where the wood was cut to form frame to have been painted black to hide the cut. I'm going to fill it in myself. It was sent well packaged which I appreciate and it was able to survive the box damage created by FedEx.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, Christy! Although we are glad that you find the sign beautiful, we are sorry to hear you had an issue with the frame. We’d like to correct this for you, and we have reached out to you via email regarding this. Thanks again, and we’ll be waiting to hear from you.

Most everything was great with the item that we bought. Shipped fast, great size, and fair price. The only thing the item could have been packed better, something made a large hole into the box which put a large hole into the back part of our sign, luckily it did not go through the front of the sign. So, items should be packed with better protection. Other than that we are happy with our item. But don’t know if we will order from this seller again due to the packing of the item.
