Very easy people to work with and the facility was clean. Carts are available to help with moving your stuff. Be sure to check the elevator door width as some items may be difficult to fit in. The monthly rate was good until the last large increase.

Price Self Storage probably deserves a 5 star, however it was the first place I come to for my storage needs. I'm not familiar with others. I can't believe there might a better storage facility.

My only complaint is that they close at 7 pm. Especially in the commuter area we live in a later close time would be very beneficial.

Over all good experience but later that day I noticed a sign saying first months rent free and I was never as of yet given details on the promotion..

Hi Mike, We are sorry for any confusion. It is not our intention to inconvenience you. Not all of our units have the first month's rent free promotion. The promotion is not available on unit sizes for which we have little or no inventory. So we apologize that one of those units may not have been available based on what your unit size needs were when you came in.

I rented a space just last week and had been pleased with the quality of service that I had received from the company. They had the truck come and pick up my belongings from my house and also gave me one month rent free. I’m a satisfied customer.

Customer service is great. Facility is clean but the only thing I don’t like is the code box is too close to the gate. I have to park literally up to the gate In order to get to the code box.
