Stan King responded immediately to my email request. Was totally honest about being able to only price match but could provide cancellation cover not provided by the airline directly. Dealt with me effectively, efficiently and politely. Very impressed indeed.

Gordon did what he said he would do very professionally. Took I tad longer than expected because of a glitch from the airline but within 24 hours after the initial contact I received my tickets and confirmation.
