It as easy to work with James and explain what I needed. He resolved my problems quickly and I mistakenly did not see my companion on the same sheet of paper. So I gave him 4 stars instead of the 5 stars he deserved

The response time for callbacks was wonderful. The agent worked very hard for us. A little trouble understanding the agent's accent.

I had a pretty pleasant experience with Primesky. My personal Adviser, Alex, was very friendly and went above and beyond to find me the best tickets. He found me business class seats from Athens to LA and from LA to Kalamata at almost 35% cheaper than I could find on the web. Alex heard all my preferences and provided me with a flight with two stops because I hate staying in the airplane for more than 8 hours. It was my first experience with such a company, but I'll always contact them from now on because it has saved me a lot of time. The only small downside (and that's why it's a 4-star rating) was that the process was a bit slow. But again, since it has saved me time and money, I am OK with that.
