Substituted a similar but different product from another manufacturer--how is that OK? Different smoothness, slightly different color, but I will make do. Had to nag them to send it in the first place after FedEx reported "awaiting package" for several days.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The item you ordered was unfortunately discontinued within the same week your order was placed. We understand this was frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve already provided a $10 refund and arranged for a replacement from a different supplier. This replacement matches the original product specifications and comes from the largest brand of copy paper, ensuring you receive the quality you expect. We value your business and strive to provide the best service possible. Thank you again for your understanding! Best regards, Print It Supply Team
