Terrible customer service. Customer service in CA closes at 2pm. There's no business office that's open and no manager to speak to. Horrible.

Making the appointment and paying is the easy part. The appointment was easy enough. But what I needed--a usable copy of my background check--was useless. I called the phone number boldly positioned on their website. After 30 minutes on hold I was disconnected. When I finally got through I discovered I was speaking to another company entirely. No help. For $125 I still do not have a usable document. My only option is to redo the whole process--NOT with Printscan!!!

These guys handle all our FBI Background Checks. Not exactly the highest level of service but convenient for my staff.
