Fast shipping and quality what I expected

The item is great; however, there is no white background behind the cog wheel and I cannot understand why you and the other vendor I ordered magnets from insisted on putting that white behind the cog

The ordering experience was easy. My "beef" is with the lack of transparency around how long it may take for the order to be delivered. You have to take the time to find and read the policies vs that information just SHOW UP during the ordering process and a correlation of number of days to receive from the day ordered mapped to cost for the various options. I think I chose "standard" not knowing that would translate to almost 3 weeks

Shipping is from overseas and takes long. The custom name was very small. Nothing like the photo.

They look great.

Want to return a new unused product. Won't let me
