Excellent service. Paid for my test online and went to testing facility. Signed in and went straight back and was done working 5 min. Only reason I didn’t post 5 stars is because I never got an email telling me my results were ready. I just had to keep checking back.

Thank you for reaching out to us! The reason we don't email our patients directly is to respect their privacy. Multiple notifications for multiple tests in our panels can be intrusive, and we don't want to contact our patients at inappropriate times repeatedly. We appreciate all feedback though and will look for opportunities to improve our service for future patients.

Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, your final results were posted this morning at 8:25AM, 3 days after collection. If you are having issues accessing the patient login, kindly reach out to us via email or phone and a care counselor will be happy to help. As for the visit to the collection site, the urine cup used for sample collection is just a temporary container used to transfer urine into an APTIMA tube. This tube is labeled immediately once the urine cup has been discarded. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help. Update: We're glad we could help!

I was in and out without any issues. I was however not happy with the holding rooms where blood is taken. They are messy and unorganized. For a place that is drawing blood from people I expect much more sanitation.

Quick, easy and professional experience. Knocked 1 star just because I wasn't completely aware of the rules I was supposed to follow before showing up ie no peeing 1 hour before if one of the tests you are taking a test that requires urine samples. There should be a clear indicator on the receipt. In any event, i'd use them again. Price is worth it for me for the speed, efficiency and professionalism.

We have recently updated our confirmation emails with specific instructions on collection requirements for urine screenings, and now clearly indicate time requirements for valid sample submission. It looks like your order was placed 3 days before this change went into effect unfortunately.
