As you mentioned, your results were available on the 2nd day which is within the quoted timeframe. Hello. According to our records your final lab results were posted to the patient portal on 3/13, 24 hours after you went in for sample collection. Kindly give us a call if you are having difficulty accessing the patient portal and we will be happy to help. 1-888-211-2365 ext 3.

We apologize for the delay; we're ultimately at the mercy of Quest when it comes to fulfillment, and if they don't end up holding their end of our agreement it delays results for our patients. We will file a formal complain with Quest as this is not typical of our service.
