Quick and easy, although the test results are a little difficult to really read and understand.

Great discreet service, paid my fee for the test over the web not in person. Scheduled my visit thru the testing lab website. Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my pcp, and then get referral to lab. I like if my results had any positive findings they have a support line (physician) that can prescribe meds if necessary.

Very prompt on walk up. I can't attest to anything other than it was a Monday, and i was there before 8 am. Very polite staff. Easy to use kiosk. Just make sure you prep online first. Saves a lot of time. Appointments are requested but not required by the site. So if you have an extensive visit be sure to acknoledge that. And the place is REALLY CLEAN! Cannot complain about that. 5 stars all the way.

I appreciate how quick and well-integrated the system is with quests portal. I had no problems going to a collection site and having them pull up the required tests.
