my Experienced was very good
my Experienced was very good. The phone conversation was excellent and the quickness of the test was great. Had my results in two days. Very well organized. My only issue was the girl that tested me was not very personable, made it feel like an assembly line, just interested in getting the test done. Couldn’t even complete full sentences. As I walked in she said “Food or coffee?” I wasn’t sure if she was offering or asking if I had any. When I answered both ways she was snooty about it and then clarified what she was asking. As if it was my fault. Not very good customer interaction. The test was quick, the sign in was easy, I didn’t have to wait long but the technician was only interested in getting me done and out.

Any instance where there is a question about how our patients are received at the collection site, we notify the appropriate administrators at Quest so respective corrective action can be taken. Excellent overall
It was easy to navigate the website, make the appointment, and go to the lab. However, I was on hold for more than 10 min to wait for the results. I would have preferred the option of receiving the PDF from the start.
