The process was okay
The process was okay, but results were not explained and they did not contact me after. Just for filling out this survey. They aren't that helpful if you want an explanation of your results. I believe they want you to contact them and then charge you an additional fee just for the explanation.

Our result notification email includes information on how to interpret your lab results, as well as our direct contact information should you have questions about them. You can also respond directly to your result email for a patient care counselor to help answer your questions. This is 100% free, we will never charge our patients for help and advice on next steps. You may be referring the physician consult fee, however, which is only required for medication to be prescribed for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, or Trichomoniasis, and is never charged without our patients' consent. Our director of patient services has reached out to you privately to help assist with your inquiry.

Not very private or at home
Not very private or at home. Didnt really understand the results at all. Had to show a doctor to understand what they really ment.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are not an "at-home" STD testing service, we are a direct-to-lab private testing service which is clearly stated on our website. All result notifications include instructions on how to contact our care counselors should you have any questions regarding them, but we can't help you if you don't reach out to us. If you do have other questions about your results, we invite you to contact one of our patient care managers.

quick but expensive and doesn't cover surfaces
Very quick, but too expensive. I won’t be getting tested here again. First, for $200, I was expecting swab tests as well for HSV, but it was just blood. Research indicates the test Priority performs is in the 90%-tile accuracy, which is cool. Swab tests would be more useful for symptoms. Secondly, the advertisements are misleading. Same Day testing for sure, but that doesn't mean same day results. Results according to the page are 24 - 72 hours. Results according to the supposed 'contractor' is 72 - 96 hours. If you call the number posted on the page about the difference in hours, it redirects you to the 'contractor.' I don't know what this arrangement is, but it's intentionally misleading so the company can lie about its wait times. **Results did only take a day though. Strutsf.org is a much better option that covers surfaces not just blood. It's free too. They'll give you an appointment time or you can set one on their app.

Not recommended
The location was a little confusing to find given that it's inside a grocery store. There was no sense of privacy once I did find the testing place given that I could hear quite a bit of what was going on between the phlebotomist and patient in one of the rooms. Then there is the problem with the phlebotomist not even closing the door when my sample was being collected. I would definitely not recommend this particular testing location.

Still haven't got my results and all they want is for me to review them this is the fourth time I just want my results
