The site said not to make an appointment with Quest Labs and not to download their app. So I went in without an appointment and was informed to come in at a quieter time. The phlebotomist was kind enough to take me in later and he was great.

Thank you for reaching out. The information we receive comes directly from Quest's website, therefore if they update their walk in policy due to the pandemic, we have no way of knowing. We include this in the order confirmation emails next to the live wait time link, as we are a separate company. Nearly all labs do not require an appointment, and we are actively removing the locations that do from our lab finder. Pointless to make an appointment if they’re going to make you wait for an hour. Pointless to make things privately if they’re going to put your name on the tv screen and called you by your name out loud in front of everyone. Pointless to make things on the web if the phlebotomist doesn’t know why are you there for and you have to tell her in a open cubicle where everyone can hear the test you’re there for!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Although we are a separate company from Quest, we take all instances were there are concerns about patient experience at the collection site seriously. Your order confirmation email included the exact verbiage to provide the lab staff so no issues or questions arise at the collection site. The names on the waiting list do not include full last names or other personally identifiable information, it is simply used to provide the wait time; this is standard at all collection sites. Your order confirmation email also includes a link to check live wait times before submitting samples. Our director of patient services will reach out to you in private, as we would like the opportunity to get more information about your visit so we may file a formal report with Quest as this is not typical of our testing experience.

I do not believe their testing was accurate. After the results posted nothing showed and I am still experiencing serious symptoms.

I repeatedly told the phlebotomist drawing my blood that he was hurting me and doing it wrong. I am actually a certified phlebotomist myself and needed work done while out of state. He managed to puncture the other side of my vein wall and refused to stop despite my cries, even as blood furiously dripped down my forearm. I will be filing a civil suit.

All these are fake reviews. They will send you to a quest diagnostics center. I waited an hour to be seen. No one answers the phone. ZERO customer service. I did not speak with anyone named Jon. I disagree, It’s very easy to create fake reviews on here also. If you walk into a Quest diagnostics, like Priority suggests, expect to wait 1-2 hours. Quest doesn’t have a live operator to speak to either so you can’t call them

If not please contact Jon at 1-888-211-2365 and we will be happy to assist you. Additionally we partner with Quest as our lab just like a primary care physician does, and it states this all over our website. Also it is not possibly to to create fake reviews using the Trustpilot's reviews system which is why we utilize their service over other review platforms.

I was not able to call ahead to confirm my appointment by calling ahead and i was confused because i found two different times for when it would be open. When i got to the location they could not perform the test i paid for so i had to drive across town to a different location. Also, still having a log-in issue where i am not able to log in to my account, overall an awful experience.

When I called the toll free number and asked to speak to a doctor about my symptoms the care Conselou really said that it’s ok and I don’t need to speak to anyone until I get the symptoms but the report indicated that one of the results was not ok
