I wish you guys would’ve just give me the treatment with additional payment or even tell me what to get and where.

Thank you for your feedback. By law we cannot offer medication without a positive result to determine the exact type of treatment needed, as each STI requires different medication(s). This is why we test patients before being able to prescribe meds.

Only issue I had was that I was waited in the lobby longer that my appointment took, but that is understandable given the time we are in. Other than that everyone was helpful and kind.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The office itself was clean and organized, which was a pleasant surprise as the building it was housed in was a bit of a...dump.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear your visit to the collection site was not up to our standards. Although we are a separate company from Quest, we do entrust them to fulfill our lab orders and receive our patients per our expectations. If this is not the case, then we end up getting blamed for their mistakes. Testing was quick and easy with quick results. Only complaint was there was no parking at the center and I had to pay $16 for valet yet was only in the center for 10mins

Quick and easy to set up the appointment. Only thing I have to say is that the gentleman on the phone told me I could go to the place anytime before the closed. When I got there they told me I missed my appointment. They were still able to see me
