I’m a fairly experienced peptide user and when I reached out to this company initially, I got an immediate response. I still had more questions and they continued to respond very quickly. Their items are produced with only American made ingredients and that is the most important thing to me. I live in Texas and this company is based in San Antonio so product came very quickly for me. But they do ship out seven days a week so I feel confident in saying if you order from them, you will get it within a week at the most. I truly trust this company and thus far, I’ve had good experiences with the products and staff.

I'm really debating me score here and the following might help. ordered on 9/27 shipped out 10/2 date to receive was 10/05 seem like a long time. It should only be a few days im not to far from Texas. I spent a little time looking into Prism but their website is top quality which doesn't match their packaging material. A brown box with vials wrapped in bubble wrap with rubber band around it. very basic nothing about this seemed legit. I have not used any of the product thinking about sending a vial to a lab for testing but the cost of the vial isn't cheap but the testing is free. I started looking into Prism and it seems from my findings they are a new company which would explain there isn't many reviews or talk about them. I wonder if they would hook me up to replace the one i send out for testing. But until i send a sample out to get results back i have to rate them at 3 stars they really need to work on packaging.

Easy to use and great product for the price.

I cant review the quality of the product because after almost a week of shipping updates I find out I won’t receive the package for another 3 weeks!!This would've been ok if I was told upfront about the shipping time. I would have happily paid more for quicker shipping but this totally messes up my peptide schedule and I will ultimately have to order an interim supply to hold me over(from another company in the same state that actually has shipping dialed in)- a realistic shipping time estimate should have been available at checkout- feeling a little burned here. Cannot recommend.
