I requested a customized report on jet charter companies based on my personal criteria. A comprehensive (actually, amazing) comparison of possible vendors resulted.

Hi Patrick, We received your request on August 29 and sent the analysis to you on September 1 at 9:43 pm. I'll reach out to you immediately - I am not seeing any emails from you, and am thinking our analysis may have been caught in your spam filter. Doug

Lots of data but user experience is not that intuitive.

Hi MarK, Thanks for subscribing and taking the time to post the review. There are over 40,000 data points and 65 variables that impact program choice - The typical contracts run 10 to 35 pages and that is the source for the data, and the programs do things different ways, so creating the comparisons wasn't easy. However, by putting the data together and keeping it updated, we save subscribers weeks and hours of research time. That said, in addition to allowing subscribers to 'do it themselves' and providing a tutorial video, we also provide a custom analysis to narrow the options for you, phone and email consultations as much or as little as subscribers need. With your analysis we were able to narrow it down to four options that fit the specs from your custom analysis request. If you need any help, please email or call. I'm always happy to be of assistance. And we are planning some enhancements later this year. #HappyFlying

Excellent service and prompt replies. Very personalized & professional. Though explanations on spreadsheet are excellent it could be better. Ideally the data from the spreadsheet is offered to the client in a more manageable form.

Dear John, Thanks for subscribing and taking the time to post this review. We are working on your suggestion - easier said than done because of the different ways the programs are structured aren't ideal for a database, hence the spreadsheet. Still, we are currently making a significant investment in several big upgrades that you will see later this year, so stay tuned! #HappyFlying

Incredible collection of data. Very responsive site. Not being tech savvy, navigating the data was a challenge for me. That being the case, your hands on help made it work. Dave in NC

I am pretty good with Excel spreadsheets, but this may be hard for some. I am a long time Jet Card holder and have done charter and fractional over the years. I am a little nervous about the strength of some providers post Covid. Also looking at flying less, though using private jets more. This is about the only tool out there that covers my needs.
