It took me 2 weeks to schedule a four-hour job. Then the handy man who came left the work somewhat unfinished and never contacted us to see if he could come back to complete it. We were busy moving, so left it the way it was, but it was not finished completely. I would not use them again.

Initially it was suppose to be a 2 hour project. I became a 5 hour project. There might be some unknown to the project but it seems to me that all the unexpected became my cost.

We understand the frustration with projects costing more than you expect and do our best to be as transparent as possible. According to our field notes, once Dave arrived he discovered a few things things that required additional scope to complete your "time & materials" job. For example, the dishwasher opening had to be wider and there were missing parts we needed to go buy. Dave made sure to inform you that this would require additional scope and materials, which you approved. We're working on a few different ways to reduce project unknowns to avoid situations like these in the future.
