I was called by a rep and told I needed to purchase two of a product. I tried to get clarification and was told that I for sure needed two. Ends up we did only need one so we spent an extra $2700ish dollars for a product that we did not need. I was appreciative of the call for clarification however the up-sale and misinformation are unfortunate.
