Alex Treshinsky has always been the most attentive Rep I have really worked with, and being an Esthetician for 31 years ITS ALOT of products and Reos. This is one person you ABSOLUTELY want to do business with and want to support your business.

Alex Treshinsky has been my rep for over 5 years now at procell, and he is very responsive, it's like a very good relationship overall. Procell is my topselling service in my practice and I could not replace it to any other device. There are several occasions that one of my device was not functioning very well. They sent a loaner within 24 hours my practice was distractive. It was so shameless. The coordination of Alex and the team at Procell are just amazing. I don't think there are companies like this.

Hey Paula Thank you for your feedback here. I am pleased to say that we are about a week out from a major app update that is filled with a ton of useful features and should clear up some of the confusion. I will be reaching out to you personally to see what exactly you found confusing so we can try to fix the problem. -Kai Chief Technology Officer

The Procell rep I work with responded to me quickly, answered my questions, and made ordering easy-breezy! She then processed my payment quickly and sent me an invoice right away. I appreciate this level of customer service.
