Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We would like to provide some very important information to put your mind at ease regarding our company and the products you rely on for your health. 1. Ownership and History: ProHealth Longevity has not been bought out by Nestle or any other conglomerate. We remain a privately owned, independent company. Our founder and CEO, Rich Carson, started this company in 1988 and has been at the helm for over 35 years. Rich started ProHealth here is the link to "Our Story" https://www.prohealth.com/pages/our-story 2. Ingredients and Sweeteners: We understand your concerns regarding sugar alcohols. Please be assured that we have not changed our 'clean' formulas to include inflammatory sugars. While a tiny amount of xylitol or erythritol is used in some lozenge forms for stability, we offer Pure Powder versions of almost all our major supplements (like NMN) that contain zero sweeteners or additives specifically for customers who prefer total purity. 3. Quality and Testing: Our quality standards have not plummeted; in fact, they are more rigorous than ever. Every batch we produce undergoes Triple Purity Testing by independent U.S. labs to ensure they are free of contaminants and meet our strict potency requirements. We publish these results transparently for our customers. 4. Shipping and Communication: We sincerely apologize if you have experienced delays or difficulty reaching us. We are currently working hard to improve our logistics and response times. As an independent company, we value every customer and are committed to restoring the high level of service you expect from us. We are honored that your doctor recommended us, and we want to assure you that the same ProHealth they trusted—founded by Rich Carson in 1988—is the one serving you today. If you have specific products you are worried about, please let us know. We would be happy to send you the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for those items so you can see the purity results for yourself. Feel free to email our customer service at customerloyalty.com or you can call us during our business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PT) in the US (800)366-6056 or internationally 001.805.564.3064. We are looking forward to serving you soon. To your health, The ProHealth Longevity Team

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you so much for being a loyal customer and for using several of our products every day. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve been happy with the quality and find the automatic replenishment option convenient, but we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration when subscription items go out of stock right before they’re due to ship. We understand how inconvenient it is to have to scramble for a replacement and then end up delaying or canceling once the item returns. We’re actively reviewing how we communicate stock levels for subscription orders, so customers get earlier notice and have more time to adjust their deliveries. If you’re open to it, our support team would love to look at your specific subscriptions and see what we can do to minimize future disruptions. You can reach us at [email protected] or call in the US (800)366-6056 or internationally at 001.805.564.3064. Thanks again for your honest feedback and for giving us the chance to improve your experience. Sincerely, ProHealth Customer Service

Dear Valued Customer Rick, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are glad to hear the product performed as advertised and that our team’s focus on customer satisfaction came through. Your point about giving the product around 30 days to see results is very helpful for other customers who may be expecting instant changes. Setting the right expectations is important, and your feedback will help us communicate this more clearly. We appreciate you sticking with the process and sharing this advice instead of being asked for feedback after only a couple of days. If you ever have any questions or need support along the way, our team is always here to help. Thank you so much for choosing ProHealth to be a part of your Longevity journey! All the best in health and wellness. Always, ProHealth Customer Support Team
