MY ITEMS FROM PROJECT MONTESSORI ALWAYS ARRIVE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ARE ALWAYS PACKAGED WELL AND DELIGHT EITHER OR SOMETIMES BOTH OF MY GRANDCHILDREN. I KNOW THAT WHATEVER I PURCHASE FROM PM IS DESIGNED TO HELP MY GRANDS HAVE FUN WHILE LEARNING SKILLS. THEIR PARENTS LOVE THEM, TOO!

Dissatisfied
Considering I have not gotten one of the items I ordered. Also when I look at tracking it is coming from CHINA which is not included in the description. I would never have bought it if I had known that. I was looking for quality not cheap.

Ordering was easy and the delivery was on time. It was a gift and hasn’t been opened yet although it looks great for what I could see.

The toys are as described. I had an issue with damage during transport but the company was quick to respond and resolved my issue promptly. I highly recommend them for any of your toy purchases.

It is frustrating when companies offer you discounts or seek reviews before you even get your product and this was another example. The delivery of the item was very slow but in fairness the Customer service team were very good at responding to my chasing and keeping me updated. Product is good they just need to either manage expectations up front better or speed things up.

We’ve checked your tracking, and your order was delivered on the same day this review was posted. Our support team was also already in touch and following up with you via email. I am pretty sure this tree with lights will absolutely keep our two and four year old granddaughters away from the “real” tree, thus causing less stress for their patents. It’s colorful, bright, and the ornaments are easy to attach.

Hi Marcia, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear that the tree is bringing fun and keeping your granddaughters engaged. We hope it makes your holiday season a little easier and a lot more joyful! 🎄😊 Kind regards, Project Montessori
