The item I ordered was sent Tommy vacation home and I was no longer there. They then had it redelivered to my permanent address and it arrived quickly for my grandsons visit. It’s a great item to entertain a 2 year old. Very well made abd educational.

Order #226268 Lucy Jones' customer service went up and beyond my expectations after getting notification that my order had been shipped to a wrong town. I e-mailed the company and I did receive a response from Lucy. She went the extra mile and got a new order sent out to me within a couple days... of which I received today. She is kind. She is thorough. She is reassuring. You better keep her! She's great and I will definitely be ordering again from your company.

The book I ordered is perfect for our one-year old grandson - soft and full of things to hold his interest and use fine motor skills. Ordering was easy and the book arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date.
