Smooth delivery and I got exactly what I expected from the add. After reading the reviews here I was worried and thought I had been scammed. I imagine it is true that some costumers get disappointed but I didn't.

Never received my order from 22nd September. Emailed customer service to check on eta but no reply. This company is a scam.

Placed an order over a month ago. I was provided an order number along with a tracking number. Package has been stuck in NY state for 30 days. Emailed Project Montessori multiple times with no reply at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. All I want is my order!!!

Packaging arrived torn, its made in China, smaller than I expected. I bought 4 products, not good value for money at all. I would not recommend this company .

I ordered quite a few items from Project Montessori, then read the reviews, many of which, to my dismay, were negative. I contacted them, concerned that I wouldn’t receive the items as a number of reviews said this could be a scam, to see if I could get some clarity on the company/order, especially as I then realised that they are based in New York and I am based in the UK. I have been pleasantly surprised with excellent communication and have received my order today. This was a very smooth transaction with great communication all the way through. I appreciate that every customer experience can be different, and there is no doubt that had I read reviews before purchasing, I would not have used this company, but my own personal experience with this company has been excellent and am very happy with the items I have received and would recommend.

Horrible company customer service and products. Didn’t realize everything comes from China. Need to return two items and return policy is not customer friendly. Don’t order because then you’re stuck with it. One product had pieces missing and I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls. Just don’t buy from them directly.

I am still waiting for products to reach my nieces. When I look at the tracking - nothing changes. They sit in Jamaica, NY. It has been 3 weeks. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It feels like a scam, and they were expensive products.

I ordered a busy book from the website as I thought it looked ideal for my 3 year old. It took ages to get delivered and when it came the box was damaged. The book itself is cheap, made of cardboard and comes in bits so you have to make it up. Totally not as advertised and terrible value for money.
