Light Bulb Moment
It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.

Great Place
I think the people who work there are knowledgeable. I just wish you can get free shipping and better timing. Example: B&H in NYC I get free shipping and usually next day delivery as well as good pricing.

Although the process of receiving the projector seemed long, customer service was excellent and I really appreciated the patience shown by the sale rep Chris Byrne and not to mention the extra steps that Carla Gamboa provided to ensure my package was delivered without any problems.
