If I could give more stars I would
If I could give more stars I would! I ordered my daughter’s prom dress on a Sunday night, the store called me the next day to confirm the details and I received the dress the very next day. Unbelievable service and quick delivery- an excellent combination!

Shipped quick with good CS
Dress was beautiful and shipped quickly. Customer service was great and made size adjustments on our order before shipping after they called to confirm what we had input on the order form. Only complaint would be at the price of these dresses, it was a bit of a shock to see several of the jewels already loose and start falling off. The dress has only been tried on for alterations. Daughter loves it and will have a great Senior Prom.

Couture gowns normally have a heavier price tag and as for the stones that came off, we could have repaired this for you if purchased in our store. Company ordered my daughters dress direct from the designer as the shop we had visited didnt have the correct color- came exactly within time frame they had specified and in perfect condition..

Super helpful!! Dress is gorgeous
They reached out to me and made sure everything would fit for my daughter- When they couldn’t get the color in they changed my order to find us the dress in a different color. So helpful!!

The best customer care and experience! Gorgeous & quality gowns!
The best customer care and experience ever!! When my daughter Ordered her prom dress we had no idea that it would be out of stock and unable to get in time. Prime headquarters went above and beyond to find another designer with a gown that had similarities to the one she wanted to originally order. Everything that we were told would be done was done and on time and impeccably! The prom dress fits like a glove and the quality is exceptional! I would recommend anyone to order a prom dress or evening gown from prom dress headquarters! We will also be ordering my daughters pageant down from here as well. Thank you for all that you did to ensure that Ava has an incredible senior prom! We appreciate you!

Great communication and customer service!
There were questions about my order and they were nice enough to call and discuss what size would be appropriate for my daughter and made sure to make adjustments and get me exactly what was needed. I appreciated a great level of communication that I don’t get with other vendors.
