Thank you for contacting PropertyShark. Our website collects and aggregates public information on properties around United States. We don't sell, nor rent properties. We do provide a place for real estate agents to advertise their listings, but we are not involved with the selling/renting process.

The for sale/lease listings you will find on PropertyShark.com are in the sole responsibility of the listing agent. PropertyShark does not own any of the properties listed in our database, nor are we involved with them in any way.

We’re sorry to hear your experience with PropertyShark has left you unsatisfied. However, PropertyShark does not list any homes for sale, rather our marketplace component automatically aggregates listings from a number of public and official sources, as well as through partnerships with brokerages, other platforms and more. As a result, PropertyShark has no control over the accuracy and timeliness of listings and information provided therein by third parties.

We’re sorry to hear your experience with PropertyShark has left you unsatisfied. We would like to reassure you that the search function does not automatically complete with a different address, but may provide a list of addresses from which users may choose the one they are interested in. Issues regarding the search function bringing up another address may be the result of: - Autofill executed by the browser through which the client is accessing the platform - Properties with multiple valid addresses. The property report for a specific building may feature a different address than the one the client has searched for, but both addresses refer to the same property. In some cases, a property may even have upwards of 5 valid addresses - A temporary system glitch. In this case, we encourage clients to directly and immediately reach out to customer service. In case the answers/solutions provided by the customer service representative is unsatisfactory clients may ask to be connected to a manager or follow-up with a complaint at [email protected] or at (718) 75-1758 9 a.m. to 5 p.m ET, Monday through Saturday mentioning the time and date of the unsatisfactory call, and the call will be reviewed by a manager to provide an equitable solution.

We have public records on the property you mentioned to our customer support team and you can check the details on our website. To access the information you just need to register for a free account. We have information about the property’s legal description, year built, square footage, building class, taxes and ownership. Nothing is related to your name.
