They keep to their promises. Their customer service is very professional and quick to respond to client's issues. Honestly my experience with them has been nothing of the best. One of their customer service agent, Angel, has been particularly helpful and apt. I highly recommend them.

I used the MATCH code when purchasing account on brightfunded, which the code was about receiving an extra free challenge upon receiving payout, today I contacted propfirmmatch and I informed them that I received payout, they opened ticket and KED picked up the ticket and I received the free challenge account, thank you.
