The price was exactly what they said it would be. The technician that came out to shred our documents was very polite and quick at his job. Also, he left no mess when he was done. I will definitely use Proshred again!

This is the best spring cleaning service. They came to my home, I wheeled a large trash can of paper to the truck and in 10 mins all shredded. Love this experience

The ProShred representative was very professional, efficient and courteous. He explained the service very well. I was able to witness the shredding of all documents. It was a quick service. He came within the time slot assigned. It was easy to set the appointment up.

Customer service was great! Immediate response to request for a quote. Polite and respectful employees from first phone call to the driver who arrived promptly at my driveway and helped my husband load the documents and allowed me to watch as they were shredded. Excellent experience. I would definitely use them again.

They are very professional and have great customer service. Service is prompt and without delay. Their truck is to NAID standards. Their driver and pick up collector was very professional and courteous. Great company to do business with! I conduct audits and one of the controls is shredding standards, and they met them.
