I can't recall the gentleman's name that came to collect our documents but he was so friendly and eager to suggest other items to discard to make sure we got our full money's worth on this project. Truly a pleasure to work with you all. I will be reaching out for future shreds.

Your drivers are the face of your business. They as well as the phone rep can make or break the experience of doing business with a company such as Proshred. From the initial call in which options were discussed, to the mobile pick up, everything was stated clearly and the pickup was punctual and quick. The driver was accommodating and thorough.
