They deliver but they don;t care.
Too large of a company to offer personal service. Once we opened escrow, I never heard back form Scott Gilmore.

SELLERS HARMED BY UN-NECESSARY DELAY IN CLOSING
Buyers lender failed to verify buyers education loan status causing 3 week delay in closing. Sellers could not receive any money for this delay as buyers loan would be in jeopardy. Sellers are out 3 weeks of mortgage/taxes/insurance. WE SHOULD HAVE SOLD THE HOME TO OTHER BUYERS.

I didn't understand what the people in office in Illinois was doing with all my information because it seems they was not receiving certain thing I had to resubmit over & over! I almost felt as if I was just not important enough to get the job done!! It seems everyone including my loan officer & realitor was very frustrated with my file due to lack of communication through project mortgage office in Illinois!!!
