I have replied to your email explaining that you ordered the wrong product if you need the transparent cover. I tried to reach out to customer service in regards to my keyboard cover, I called and emailed and no one responded. The keyboard cover is very loose and the mouse cover is super inconvenient you can’t use it if the cover is on. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Poor quality. Logitech branded covers are perfect with better fit and thicker material with no folding adhesive flaps.

The cover is too big for the screen. Apparently I ordered the wrong model. I think it would be helpful to both have pictures of the computer keyboards for each model cover that you offer and more specific information as to where to find the model # of the keyboard to be sure that the cover and the keyboard jive.
