A total scam--avoid at all costs
Terrible product took three weeks to deliver, offered refund of $2 (!) and had the gall to suggest I give it to someone else, said I'd have to ship it back to China for prohibitive shipping. Fortunately I paid through Paypal which immediately refunded money (probably dealt with these crooks before) TOTAL CRIMINAL SCAM Apologies. The scam was a company copying your name as "Prototypte"

Hello Donna, After carefully reviewing our order records, we can confirm that there is no purchase associated with your name or email address made through our online store. We do not ship products from China, we do not require customers to return items internationally for refunds, and we do not offer partial refunds of the nature described. This experience does not align with our business standards. This review was intended for a different company. If you believe there has been an error, we invite you to contact us directly at [email protected] with an order number so we can investigate further. Thanks, - PROTOTYPE Team
