Hi, We are committed to handling every customer request seriously. After searching our records using your name and email address, we were unable to find a return request from you. Could you please confirm if your email was sent successfully? In the meantime, our customer service team will proactively reach out to you to get this sorted out. Best,

Hi, We checked your email address and both orders show that they have been delivered. You have not yet contacted our customer service team regarding your non-receipt of your package. If you truly did not receive your package, please contact our customer service team. We will verify your situation and resend it free of charge or provide a full refund. Best regards
