I posted a review about a refund and community spirit. At 6:25 PM I received a call from Debra a CS person from Public Storage. She was very kind, offering condolences on the loss of my husband and offering to refund my cost. Wow. Public Storage - Yes, I will refer and recommend, you have made me feel that you truly are a neighbor and in spirit with the community. Dr. T. Martin Scottsdale, AZ

I want to thank her and Public Storage for being a safe place to store my personnel property. A well lit and clean place. My pleasure. Thank you, Michael Carpenter.
