The information provided by Publisher Rocket is very helpful. Publisher Rocket does the research on keywords and categories that would take me hours and as an independent author, I don't have hours to waste.

Hey Andrew - Our support team replied back to your concerns on Jan 6 within a few hours of your request being sent. After providing you with everything needed to install the program again, we didn't hear back. So it was assumed you had everything you needed :) And based on the usage with your license key it would appear as though you have since enjoyed using Rocket. The mountains of continuous helpful data when searching for the most relevant keywords. The issue I have for some reason is category matches and similar titles and authors to my book pulling sci/fi instead of ghost/hauntings and so forth.

Happy to hear Rocket has been helpful! In regards to books being shown not appearing to be relevant, Rocket will show you what Amazon's algorithm sees with your book. "Irrelevant" similar books could be due to any minor piece of metadata their algorithm's is picking up and seeing how your book does with others similar. An examples of this would be the wording used within your book description or marketing blurb. The Kindlepreneur YouTube channel created a video on this a few weeks ago that might be helpful to better understanding :)
