PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

My Labrador model has gone over 3,300 miles, including in snow and off road. Not a typo... 3K. It's a sturdy, heavy bike with a smooth ride. Customer service is excellent and responsive. Amazing value for the price. Would highly recommend!

Buke nice customer service was helpful and the bike is solid. A little heavy but rides smooth. The pedal assist is awesome foe the hill I have to climb as well.

The ordering process was simple, the bike arrived much quicker than we expected. packaging was top notch, The bike was easy to complete putting together. This is our second go around with ebikes our first set served us well but we quickly realized we had not bought the proper bike for the activities we enjoy. after much research on fat tire bikes we ended up with puckipuppy. we read reviews, and have a close friend who has a golden R,we were able to test ride. They are built to last and designed to be used. We have had great customer interaction with the support team and now are.looking forward to many adventures. Of.course it doesnt hurt that we are dog people.

Puckipuppy Labrador Pro ST I recently bought the Labrador Pro ST from Puckipuppy. I plan on riding trails and commuting to work. It arrived on time with no hiccups. I am 5”4 its a big bike, i was a little worried it wouldn't work out but it does. I do have the seat all the way down. I have ridden it twice so far. 40 miles the first time and 30 the next. The battery barely moved. It does get up to 28 miles per hr if you have open space and its safe. I like the big tires because they are puncture-resistant and i also would like to ride it in the winter time. I did scratch the paint a little from the bar you put on the step-throughs for the bike rack. I would recommend padding it. I did a little research and i believe i can order touch up paint from puckipuppy. The customer service was responsive and quick with the couple of questions i had. I have no regrets with this purchase at all!

The ordering process was very easy, and the service was excellent. When I discovered that a screw was missing from a holder, a replacement was shipped immediately. I’ve now ridden about 100 miles, and everything is working perfectly.

I was able to fix the problem of NO grease on the shim and washer. This separates the wheel from the interaxle. I recommend doing this before shipping. As the wheel turns, it binds these two and grinds. The noise will get louder as you go. Thinking it's something major.

We love our Puckipuppy bikes! Great customer service & quality product! We have purchased other brands, and they don’t compare to Puckipuppy!

I purchased the Puckipuppy Golden Retriever June of 2025 (16 months ago as of this review). As of now I have racked up over 3500 miles and have had no major issues with the bike itself. I've just now put on my 3rd set of tires and have replaced the brake pads 3 times as well. I have had no problems with customer service and has been a good experience each time. They have always responded within 24hrs. Overall I give Puckipuppy 5 stars due to the durability and reliability at a great price. I recommend taking advantage of any promotional offers (batteries, accessories, ect) when purchasing a new bike. It's always an unbelievable good deal. I look forward to being a lifetime customer of Puckipuppy and there products. Thank you ❤️🚲🚲❤️
