We purchased a mattress topper and a dog bed. The mattress topper is wonderful. It took one or two nights to get used to but we have had it for three months and have had a great sleep every night. The dog bed did not work out. Our ten year old dog refused to use it, and since it had the same guarantee as the mattress we were told if it didn’t work we could return it. The return process could not have been made any easier. Great products and better yet - great customer service. Check out their wedsite, they have a great referral program!

Super comfortable, great night of sleep, and top quality. Beyond that, I have never experienced a customer service team remotely close to Puffy's. Super friendly, helpful, and crazy efficient. Bought a King Royal. Great bed but is not motion isolating like a all foam bed. Used Puffy’s return policy without any hassle and reordered 2 twins. Great to work with and quick response.
