Pumpkin is a life saver. I was told my dog may need a very expensive surgery and I didn’t think twice about it knowing that I had this insurance. Well worth it. Easy to file claims and get paid. All of the customer service representatives are amazing

Pumpkin was instrumental in giving my pet a longer life because of the accident and illness policy. It provided financial help with her expensive medicine and tests. I appreciate the company so much and recommend Pumpkin to everyone I know who is a pet parent. Pumpkin was so very kind when my pet passed.

I spoke with Zech about canceling the insurance policy for my kitty, Lulu. Zech was extremely kind when I told Lulu had crossed the Rainbow Bridge. This was a very hard conversation for me, but Zech was patient and very kind. Excellent customer service!

Our Yorkie developed an intestinal stomach disease at 8 yrs old. He was extremely bloated. We thought he would have to be put down but with Pumpkin we were covered. We put him on a strict diet and now he is doing good. All said Pumpkin saved our boy. 🙏😊

I decided to use Pumpkin after a stray cat found me. I named her Pretty Girl. After two months, I realized she was pregnant. She gave birth to 5 kittens, I decided to keep two of her kittens and friends took the others. Tragedy struck and Pretty Girl was hit by a car and one of her babies I kept (Little Bit) was attacked and killed by my neighbors dog. I contacted Pumpkin immediately and each person I spoke to was so kind.
